How every implant is made

Machining, finishing, marking, inspection and cleaning all happen in-house, with every step documented and traceable.

01

Raw material

Every implant begins with titanium and medical-grade stainless steel, chosen for strength, biocompatibility and minimal foreign-substance content, and sourced to strict standards.

02

CNC machining

In-house 3-axis to 5-axis milling and Swiss-type turning produce complex implant geometries with precision and consistency.

03

Finishing

Bead blasting, hydro honing, buffing, electro-polishing and validated titanium anodizing, checked with video measuring systems and profile projectors.

04

Laser marking

Every plate and screw is laser-marked, then optically verified and cross-checked against production data within seconds — 100% verification instead of random sampling.

05

Inspection

Coordinate measuring machine, video measuring system, profile projector, surface roughness tester and height gauge. Each measurement is documented and traceable.

06

Cleaning & passivation

Deburring, polishing and demagnetisation, then ultrasonic cleaning and gel, nitric and citric passivation for corrosion resistance — before the in-house packaging room.

Design philosophy

Our implants may look familiar — by design

Product development is grounded in well-established, time-proven implant designs based on AO principles. Surgeons and OR staff can keep working the way they are used to — no retraining required.

AO principles

Built on the AO principles of fracture fixation, in use since 1958.

Anatomically contoured

Indication-specific plates follow natural anatomy for fast, accurate reduction and soft-tissue-friendly fixation.

Oblong combination holes

Temporary fixation, fine adjustment, cortical screws, dynamic compression and locking screws in one hole.

Guide wire holes

Quick temporary intra-operative fixation, with guide wires included in the instrument sets.

Surface finishing

Wet blasting produces a biocompatible finish with low tissue adhesion.

Instrument sets

Intuitive instruments in compact, washer-friendly trays built for theatre and sterilisation teams.

Premium materials

Titanium Grade 5 (Ti6Al4V, including ELI) and medical-grade stainless steel.

Full traceability

Every implant laser-marked and optically verified against production data.
